March 12th, 1930 - April 24th, 2011
Peters, Margaret Mary, 81 of Ruskin, Fl., passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2011 at her residence with her loving family at her side. Born in Detroit, Michigan on March 12, 1930, Margaret was a retired legal secretary, and lived in the Bahamas for 10 years. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Margaret participated in many local Dance Clubs and won many trophies in Ballroom Dancing. She volunteered at many clubs in Ruskin and Sun City Center. Survivors include her 2 daughters Susan Gwynneth (Paul) Vance of Owensboro, KY., and Lesley Anne Peters of Ruskin, son David Stewart (Julie) Peters of California, 4 grandchildren Phillip and Gwendolyn Vance, Kirsti and Chelsea Peters, a brother Robert MacKeigan and sister Eunice Murray. A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Redeemer Lutheran Church,701 Valley Forge Boulevard, Sun City Center.
