September 27th, 1928 - June 17th, 2009
Coleman, Joseph E., 80, of Sun City Center, Fla passed away June 17, 2009. Joe served in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper and retired as a physical education teacher and coach in Scotch Plains, New Jersey with over 30 years of service. He was past president of the Sun City Center Lawn Bowling Association and a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Monica, a daughter, Anne (Keith) Osterman, two sons, Steve and Peter Coleman, four grandchildren, two brothers and one sister. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday, June 20, 2009 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Sun City Center, Fla. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sun City Center Lawn Bowling Association, 2216 Preservation Green Court, Sun City Center, Fla 33573
