Charles "Charlie" Caruso
December 14th, 1938 - October 30th, 2023
Charles “Charlie” Robert Caruso, 84, of St. Petersburg passed away peacefullly in his home on October 30th, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents Celestino and Rose Caruso and his sister Mary Justice. Charlie is survived by his sons Charles, Robert and David and their families and brother Paul Caruso and his family. Born and raised in Massachusetts, he was a graduate of Boston University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Charlie served in the United States Army from 1959-1962 after completing ROTC at Boston University. He spent his career as a systems engineer for engineering firms including Raytheon Technologies and the Mitre Corporation.
