Joan Tyler Solly 1933-2013 Friday March 29, 2013 Joan passed peacefully in her sleep at home in her 81st year. Born in Syracuse, NY, to George and Dorothy Tyler, Joan was educated in nursing sciences and practiced as a RN extensively in California, Bermuda, Antigua and Florida. Mom to Linda (dec) and Bruce King of Oregon, John and Rose Fear and Barbara Grant of Michigan. "Antigua Mom" to Louaine Brochetta and aunt to Zak Brochetta of Ontario, Canada. Sister to George Tyler (dec), Jim Tyler and to Betsy (dec) and Charles Bee. Predeceased by Jason King of Oregon. Survived by grandchildren Anne and Jeremy Flynn, John Fear III and Molly Grant, all of Michigan. Also survived by three great grand children and numerous nieces and nephews. Celebrations of Life will be held in both Florida and Michigan, to be announced. In lieu of flowers donations to the South Brevard Sharing Center would be greatly appreciated. Go in peace, Joan, knowing that you have made a difference in the lives of those you've touched.
