Alfred Gerald Roy

Alfred Gerald Roy, 77, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2013 with his family by his side. He graduated from FIT with a Masters and worked at RCA on the Missile Test Range, Harris Corp., Ameritech, and ETS. He worked hard, loved God, his family, traveling, skiing, hiking, golfing, fishing, and boating. He was preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Edna Roy and brother Mark. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Theresa Roy, brothers Raymond and Peter Roy, sister Susan Deschaine, 6 children-Marie Odom, Peter Roy, Michelle Suri, Michael Roy, Denise Erwin, and Christina Vinson, 15 grandchildren, and 1 great grandson. Mass will be held at Ascension Catholic Church on Mon., Sept. 30th at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Ascension Catholic School/Ascension Food Pantry.
