Susan Page, 60 of Melbourne, passed away on Sunday August 3, 2014 She was born in Effingham, Illinois, on Oct. 21, 1953, to Presley and Shirley Jones. She was raised in Altamont, Illinois; lived and worked in Effingham, Peoria, and Melbourne, Florida. Susan worked in the public service industry most of her life. She loved sewing, cooking, her grandchildren, and giving to others, especially to veterans. She is preceded in death by her mother. She leaves behind, her father, Presley Jones, of Altamont, IL; her children, Jason Pagel and his wife, Pam of England, Carey Timerman, and her husband, Al, of Creve Coeur, IL, and Valerie Pagel, of Toledo, OH; five grandchildren, Skylar, Kaitlyn, Theodore, Taylor, and Tiarra; brothers, Milan Robison, and Jeffery Jones, both of Effingham, and Jerry Jones, and his wife, Mona, of Altamont; sisters, Sherry Snively, and her husband, Charlie, of Alton, IL, Sally Reed, of Hopkinsville, KY, and Stacy Stuckey, and her husband, Kent, of Altamont. There will be a Memorial Service on Friday, August 8th, at 2:30, where Susan worked, at the Candlewood Suites, 2930 Pineda Plaza Way, in Melbourne. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be sent to the American Veterans Empowerment Team, at AVET Project Inc, PO Box 254555, Patrick AFB, FL 32925
