Marshall Silver was born on May 24, 1945, in Baltimore, Maryland . He was preceded in death by his parents, James Silver, and Ruby Ward, and his brother, Eddie. He is survived by his wife Ginger; his children, Michael, Amanda, Marcie, and Matthew; eight grandchildren, Syrena, Samantha, Emily, Amy Lynn, Maxwell, Abigail, Alanah, and Mason; and his brother, James Silver. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2016, at The New Covenant United Methodist Church , Mount Holly, North Carolina , at 11 a.m.
