William A. Loy, 72 left on Friday, September 11, 2009 to his eternal fishing spot. He was born March 22, 1937 in Orlando, FL. Raised in Ocala, FL was a true Florida Cracker. Retired from the City of Melbourne in 1999. He loved spending time with his family, fishing, camping, cooking and Halloween. He was a wonderful son, husband and an awesome dad and grandpa. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Grace; mother Dorothy Camper and sister Francis Burnside. They have 8 children, Robert Sampson, Eddie Loy, Joey Loy, Jeanette Jones, Bobby Loy, Tommy Loy, Pamela Munson and Joy Drewes. 21 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Calling hours are Thursday September 17, 2009 at Beach Funeral Home on Wickham Road in Melbourne from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Services will be held on Friday, September 18, 2009 at the Emmanuel Methodist Church on Eau Gallie Blvd. at 11:00. Interment follows at Florida Memorial Gardens.
