January 17th, 1944 - May 18th, 2019
LT COL James Joseph Donovan "Jim", USA, Ret., 75, of Indian Harbour Beach, passed away on May 18, 2019. Jim was born on January 17, 1944 in NJ to the late Alfred and Aileen, nee Worthington, Donovan. He served his country honorably in the US Army retiring a decorated LT COL with many awards, including the Purple Heart. In addition to his military service, Jim spent many years building homes with Habitat for Humanity and volunteering with the PAFB Saint George Catholic Community. Jim is survived by a large loving extended family and dear friend, Ron. A funeral mass will be celebrated at the South Patrick Chapel, 84 Harrier Avenue, Satellite Beach, on May, 31 at 10 am with military honors. A reception will follow at Pappagallo's Pizza 1769 Florida, A1A, Satellite Beach, FL 32937 Burial will take place in NJ at a later date. .
