Sandra J. Welsh, 48, of Melbourne, passed away, Saturday, September 24, 2011. She was born in Buffalo, NY to Jean and Robert Wheeler. Sandra moved from Oklahoma City, OK in 1986 to Brevard County. She enjoyed swimming, reading and spending time with her family. Sandra was a L.P.N. She is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Ronald; mother, Jean Wheeler; children, Ashley, Ryan and Shane Welsh; sister, Nancy (Joe) Vella; one grandchild, Robert Andrew.
