May 29th, 1941 - December 1st, 2020
Dorothy May Hamel Farnsworth of Indian Harbour Beach, FL, passed into the arms of our Lord on 1 December 2020, after a long illness. She was born on 29 May 1941, and grew up in South Portland, ME. She graduated from Cathedral High School in Portland, ME in 1959, and married the love of her life, Edward, on 28 October 1961. She retired from Southern Maine Technical College in South Portland, ME in 2003, where she was respected by her colleagues and Faculty for her work in the Human Resources Department. After retirement, she and Edward moved to the Space Coast of Florida, to escape the cold and be closer to family.
