Katherine D. Campbell
August 11th, 1923 - May 18th, 2013
Campbell, Katherine D. 89, of Seminole passed away on May 18th at Hospice House Woodside. She is survived by her daughter Karen Campbell; granddaughter Kara Winston; niece Diana Reed; nephew Richard (Debbie) Logan; great nieces and nephews Brett, Caitlin and Kasidy Logan and caregivers Dottie and Mary. She was preceded in death by her husband Lt. Colonel Robert H. Campbell; sisters Billie and Margaret (Tom) and great nephew Tanner Logan. Katherine received her B.S. degree in education from Texas Women's University and her Masters from McMurry College in Abilene, TX. She taught at Largo and Boca Ciega High Schools and served as assistant principal at Gibbs and St. Pete High Schools before retiring in 1989. Katherine will be interred at Bay Pines National Cemetery with her husband. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Suncoast Hospice in her name.
