Ball, Jerry Lee 56, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday, June 1, 2013, at home. Born in Carroll County, Kentucky, he came here in 1985 from Elizabethtown, KY. He graduated from North Hardin High, Kentucky. He was a veteran of the Air National Guard in both Kentucky and in Florida. He was a member of the American Legion and the First Unity Church. Jerry was a hard working "jack-of-all-trades". A loving father and husband, he had a heart of gold. He was a loving brother to his brothers and sisters. Jerry enjoyed camping, fishing, and the beach. He was preceded in death by his parents, Deward and Mary Elizabeth Ball and two brothers Willis and Richard. He is survived by his son, Joshua Ball, his ex-wife and devoted friend Pamela Otis Ball; brothers George, Gary, Theodore and sisters Doris, Janie, Joan and Mary K. There will be a celebration of Jerry's life at his family home on Friday, June 14th at 3:00.
