Gardner, Karin 58 of Dunedin passed away on June 15, 2013 at home. She is survived by her husband Don; sons Richie Maffei (Kim) and Robert Paul Gardner; adopted son Kevin Drady; brother John (Denise) Keogh and several nieces and nephews. Karin attended Praise Cathedral, Pathways Community Church, Dockside Community Church and Tree of Life. She was also active in many ministries including Women in Need, Feed the Hungry and volunteering to help the homeless and less fortunate. She also worked in housekeeping at Jacaranda Manor in Kenneth City.
