David Lee Davis

Davis, David L. III "DoubleD" 28, of St. Petersburg, passed peacefully on July 9, 2013 at St. Anthony's Hospital from a brain injury. David was born on January 16, 1985 in St. Petersburg, FL. David was a avid baseball player who loved the Atlanta Braves, he was a life long Florida Gator fan who also enjoyed roller skating and loved all types of music. His favorite past time was being goofy to elicit a laugh. David was preceded in death by his grandfather, David L. Davis Sr.; his great grandma Geraldine Scalisce; and his Aunt Rondi. He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother Dena M. Walsh, stepfather John M. Walsh, father David L. Davis Jr.(Christine); his great grandpa, Frank Scalisce; grandparents, Sandi Garza(Pete), Larry Ellers(Brenda), Sue Davis; his sister, Justina; two brothers, Nick and Christopher; his uncles, Randy Ellers(Michelle), Mickey Davis; his aunts, Lori Ellers, Gerri Ellers(Allen), Brandi Martin(Randy), Jamie-Sue Johnson; his fiancé Crystal Zarbock; his many great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends. Many thanks to Nurse Carmen, April and all those who helped/donated in our time of sorrow. A Memorial service will be held at A Life Tribute, 716 Seminole Blvd, Largo. Gathering beginning at 3:00pm with memorial service to start at 5:00pm on Wednesday, July 17th. Arrangements entrusted to A Life Tribute Funeral Home, the family asks that any donations be made to GoFundMe or Make A Wish Foundation in his honor.
