My husband. My heart. My love. My friend. You were my savior and I am so blessed for you entering my life when you did. Our connection was so strong that within three months of meeting you, I decided, right then, that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you. No matter how good or bad our lives were, things were always easier to bear because we had each other. All the love and fun we shared throughout our life journey was incredible, and I can’t thank you enough for that precious gift. Robert, my heart, your tender and loving spirit gave me hope as we raised our son Daniel. Your love and guidance contributed to the amazing man, husband, and father that he has become. You also took great care of my other two sons, Jerry and Jason. You treated them all as if they were your own, which made me love you more. You always expressed how much you loved and cared for Brian, Paul, and Alan and always wanted to be closer to them. As we watched them grow into incredible men and how their families grew, our love for them grew. I am grateful that all of our boys got to show you how much they loved you. I have never met a more caring and loving man. I will never find anyone like you, and I am grateful for all the precious moments we had together. My heart, although you are not physically with me, your spirit will live in my heart forever. I love and miss you more than you will ever know. Your carefree attitude and life mantra of “ no biggie” will help guide me forward through this next chapter. My prayers will always be with you. Farewell, my heart.
