Jonathan Nicholas Pawlina PAWLINA, Jonathan Nicholas, 65, died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014. He was born in Regensburg, Germany, and graduated from McDonogh School in Maryland, and held a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from the University of Virginia. He was in the insurance and real estate business and retired from State Farm Insurance. He was married to Karen C. Vogel who survives him, sons, Christopher and Matthew, daughter, Lisa, and grandchildren, Ava and William, all of Charlottesville, VA, his sister Kathryn Wachter (Bill) and nephews, Nicholas of Baltimore, MD, Daniel and Patrick, both of Sykesville, MD. He was a friend of Bill W. A celebration of life will be held at Oleander Lake Center, 6022 80th St. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33709 on Sunday, February 2nd, 2014 at 2:00 PM . He supported the SPCA and is also survived by his two adopted cats, Nadia and Benjamin.
