Veronica Schaller, 80, of Merritt Island, FL passed away surrounded by her loving children on November 19th, 2023. Veronica was born on February 14th, 1943, to Margaret Laudiero in New York City, New York. She attended school in New York City and studied secretarial skills. After her schooling, Veronica (who we all know as Ronni) worked as a secretary. She went on to become a stewardess with various airlines. Her work took her on adventures around the world. She worked on different flights to Europe, Asia, and North America. She often commented that her favorite assignment was working on flights to and from Cuba in the 1960’s. Here she assisted many military servicemen and women in their travel back and forth from Miami to Cuba. In February 1972, Ronni met Wolfgang at Mardi Gras in New Orleans, LA. They fell in love and were married in Las Vegas, NV eight months later. Ronni and Wolfgang lived in Metairie, LA where they had their son Michael. The family moved to Miami where Ronni worked for Delta Airlines on their ticketing lines. In the late ‘70’s Ronni and family moved to Indialantic where she had her daughter Rosanna. Here she ran the office for the family business. This business became known as Beach Pool Service. Ronni was able to care for her children as well as run the business from her home. She was diligent in creating a successful home office to help make the business run smoothly. Ronni was known for many things. She was always there for her family, friends, and community. She was an active member of the churches she attended. Much of her free time was spent working with the Republican Women’s Club of Brevard County. She also worked at the polls on Voting Day at Holy Name of Jesus in Indialantic. She loved seeing her community coming out to vote. Ronni also enjoyed spending time with her friends. She loved all their adventures, outings, and lunches. Veronica was predeceased in death by her husband, Wolfgang, and mother and father, Margaret and Lou Laudiero. She is survived by her son Michael, daughter Rosanna (Jason), and grandson Gabriel
