Christina Marie Gitkos-Dabney

Gitkos-Dabney, Christina M. 43, of Clearwater died in her home on Wednesday April 23, 2014 at 6:15pm finally losing her fight with stage 4 cancer which was detected on Thanksgiving Day of 2013. At the time of her death, she was in the company of her loving mother, Patricia S. Conwell and her cherished daughter, Victoria L. Dabney. She passed away peacefully. She was born on January 21, 1971 in Kingston, PA the daughter of Patricia S. Conwell and the late Joseph B. Gitkos (Jiggers) who passed away August 8, 2000. Christina was employed as the senior office manager for Global Digital Forensics Inc. and was loved by many. She leaves behind both family and friends. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Victoria L. Dabney; two brothers Joseph B. Gitkos Jr. and David P. Gitkos; two nephews David P. Gitkos Jr. and Stephen P. Gitkos as well as many other family members and dear friends. Christina was one of a kind and will be missed by many. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Christina's wishes were to be privately cremated and have no viewing. There will be a memorial service both in Florida and Pennsylvania at a later date.
