Passed on May 14th. She was a one of a kind person. She loved to laugh and make people laugh. She would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it, that's just the kind of person she was. Kim was a hard worker and loved to play just as hard and live life to the fullest. She was a wonderful friend, sister, daughter and mother. Kim touched the lives and hearts of so many. She will be deeply missed forever! Kim is survived by 2 children: Joshua Wiley of Tampa Fl. Daniel Wiley of Tampa Fl. Her Father: Theodore Burtsell of Casco Maine 4 Siblings: Troy Burtsell of Fayetteville, North Carolina Kellie Burtsell of Tampa, Fl. Todd Burtsell of NAshua, N.H Kitrina Burtsell of Clearwater, Fl. Kim is Also survived by her loving boyfriend: Stephen Doyle of Tampa Fl. A celebration of life will be held in Tampa on May 31st @ 2402 S. 47th St. Tampa Fl. 33619 @ 3pm Also be a celebration of life will be held in Naples Me @ American Legion post 155 on Rt.11 on June 16th @ 6-9pm
