WEISS, Steve, 72, of Land O’ Lakes, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016. He was born in Chicago and was a coach and P.E. teacher at Fenton High School in Bensenville, IL. Steve was predeceased by his loving wife, Jerrianne Mary Lee Weiss. He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly (Brad) Hendershot and son, Scott; proud grandfather to Trent and Trevor Hendershot; brother, Terry (Cathy) Weiss and uncle to Evan Pasquinelli and Jenna (Jim) Fash. A funeral service to celebrate Steve’s life will take place at 10:00a.m. Friday at Geils Funeral Home, 180 S. York Road in Bensenville, IL. Interment will follow at Mt. Emblem Cemetery in Elmhurst, IL. The family will receive friends from 3-8p.m. this evening at the funeral home.
