Milburn, Sandra Lynn age 63 of Saint Petersburg, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2016. She was born in Saint Petersburg, FL, on April 8, 1953 to the late George A Milburn and Florence J. Milburn. Sandra is preceded in death by her brother, Douglas Milburn and sister Anne Milburn. Sandra is survived by her siblings, John Milburn and Mary Jane Parsons; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. There will be a graveside service on Friday, July 22, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Royal Palm Cemetery South, 101 55th St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33707.
