VARDO, Benvinda, “Beverly,” 92, of Tampa, Fl, passed away on May 28, 2018. Beverly was born in South Dartmouth, Massachusetts and moved to Florida in the 1950’s. She is remembered as a proud homemaker who enjoyed singing, puzzles and gardening. She was also a traveler, who often frequented the beach as any true Floridian would, but she always made time to spend with her family and friends. Her love of being the center of attention will be missed the most. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, George, married 59 years; 2 daughters, Brenda Semple and Caroline Vardo. She is survived by her son, Jeff Vardo and his wife, Kathy; her 2 daughters, Janice Trombley and Lori Maffett and her husband, Jim; her eight grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren. A memorial service will take place at 7pm, on Friday, June 1, 2018 at Loyless Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Internment will take place at a later date at Hillsboro Memorial Cemetery. Words of comfort may be expressed for Benvinda's family by clicking “Share a Memory”.
