Frank J. Piazza, 86, of Wesley Chapel, Florida passed away November 11, 2018. He was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Florida in 1972. From 1950 – 1953, Frank served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was honored as a double Purple Heart recipient. Frank retired from the Hillsborough County Sheriff Department in 1995. He was a member of St. Mark Evangelist Catholic Church. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Frances Piazza; one son, Richard Piazza and his wife, Lynn; three daughters, Regina Prokop and her husband Tim; Roseann Piazza, and Marie Hurlburt and her husband, Ron; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
