Richter, Judith "Judy", 79, of Largo went to be with the Lord on February 23, 2017. Born and raised in Crawfordsville, IN, Judy moved to Florida in 1968. She was a homemaker and proud mother of two daughters. Judy loved to sing and was a wonderful mother, friend and church member. She was cherished by her family and anyone whoever met her. She is survived by her loving husband of 12 years, Norbert Sr., daughter, Julie (Fentress) Shannon (Seminole) with husband, Rory Shannon and children, Tori and Cameron Talley, Courtney and Sydney Shannon and daughter, Jana (Fentress) Kiwala with husband, John and children Jack, Bo, Ella and Chloe Kiwala. Memorial Services are schduled for 11:00 AM on Monday, March 6, 2017, at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 455 Missouri Avenue North, Largo, FL 33770. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Suncoast Hospice Foundation, 5771 Roosevelt Boulevard, Clearwater, FL 33760.
