BALL, Louis L., 93, of Land O’ Lakes passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2008. Lou was born in Hickory Ridge, Arkansas and served in the United States Marine Corps. After a 22 year military career, Lou retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and moved to Florida. In 1991, he moved to Land O’ Lakes from St. Petersburg. Louis is survived by his wife, Dorothy; daughters, Constance Green of Milton, FL and Lynn Jones of Burke, VA; stepson, Kenneth Lusk of Hendersonville, NC; sister, Bernice Smith of Friendwood, TX; grandchildren, Heidi Parker, John Maltempo, Vicki Kindervater and Brekke Green as well as 9 great grandchildren. His final resting place will be Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
