DWYER, Adele, 79, of Tampa, passed away peacefully in her home Sunday, March 23, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer. A Memorial Service will be held at Grace Episcopal Church, Tampa, on Friday, March 28, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. She was born in West Orange, NJ; graduated West Orange High School as president of her class; received her B.S. degree in Music Education from Ithaca College, NY and M.S. degree in Music Education from Queens College, NY. Adele lived in Woodbury, NY and taught music for 25 years where she retired from the Plainview School District. Her choirs achieved high standards year after year. She enjoyed traveling, golf, bridge and singing with her church choir. She is preceded in death by her husband Bill. She is survived by her three children, Debbie (John) Ridgway, Phyllis (Brian) Jonaitis and Jack Dwyer; five grandchildren, Robert, Cassie, Michael, Lauren and Chris and two great-grandchildren Alexis and Cameron. The family requests donations be made to LifePath Hospice, Tampa or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, P.O.
