Margaret Tripodi

Tripodi, Margaret 86, of Saint Petersburg, passed away on Monday, Dec. 31, 2012. Born in Nutley, New Jersey, she came here in 1959 from Newark, NJ. She was a founding member of Holy Name Catholic Church. Margaret was a giving and loving person, who enjoyed helping others. The daughter of Joseph and Frances Scarfone, Margaret is the last their 11 children to pass away. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Vincent J. Tripodi and is survived by her children Roberta, Vinnie and, Edward Tripodi; 9 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. There will be a visitation from 4-6 PM on Friday at A Life Tribute, Gulfport, FL. A mass will be held at Holy Name Catholic Church on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Donations may be made in her name to St. Jude's Children's Hospitals.
