Frank Alvarez

ALVAREZ, Frank, 77, of Land O’ Lakes went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 25, 2008. He was born in Cuba and moved to Michigan in 1959, to Miami in 1988, and then to Land O’ Lakes in 2001. He was retired from General Motors. He was a member of the Church of the Lakes in Land O’ Lakes. He loved the Lord and enjoyed reading. He also enjoyed and played baseball for the Minor Leagues on the Chicago Cubs in the 1950’s. He is preceded in death by his sister, Lourdes Suarez. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Noema; his daughter Vivian and husband Mark Klein of St. Petersburg; brother-in-law Pedro Suarez and niece Maria Ochs, both of Las Vegas, NV.
