COOK, Dean W., 77, of Lutz, Florida passed away Sunday, September 12, 2010. He was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming and moved from California to Lutz in 1971. Dean was a retired United States Air Force Veteran, the owner of Cross Country Carriage Way and a life member of Disabled American Veterans. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Alvis and his three sons, Michael, William and Robert. The family request any donations in his memory be made to the American Cancer Society. His final resting place will be at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
