LIAO, Wenhua, 71, of Guilin, China, passed away Thursday November 11, 2010. He was a quality inspector for an electrical parts manufacturer. He enjoyed oil painting, fishing and playing the Bamboo Fife. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Suzhen Li; son, Xinkai and his wife, Chunfeng Chen of China; Daughter, Yihui Liao and her husband, David Kephart of Land O’ Lakes; two brothers, Wenzhang and his wife, Meizhen Zhong and Wenjie both from China; sister, Wenzhen of China and granddaughter, Jingyi Liao. Services will be private.
