LOWE, Ronald E., 76, of Wesley Chapel, Florida passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Terre Haute, Indiana and moved to Tampa in 1985. Ron was a United States Veteran and served in the Air Force and Coast Guard. He was a research scientist and professor at University of Florida and the University of South Florida. Ron was a rehabilitation counselor who worked with people with addictions for many years after retiring from the Department of State and Agriculture while in Mexico and El Salvador. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Clara; son, Charlie; four daughters, Susan, Minina, Margie, Angie; seven grandchildren and sister, Marilyn Kasman. He was the son of Clarence Edward Lowe and Katherine Moore.
