SHOEMAKER, Ronald B., 63, of Land O’ Lakes, Fla., went home to Our Lord Jesus Christ Wednesday, March 2, 2011. He was born in Hillsboro, Ohio and moved to Fla. in 1992. He was a U.S. Army Veteran First Lieutenant and served in the Vietnam War. Ron’s favorite pastime was playing golf. He was a scratch golfer and lived his dream by playing at Pebble Beach. His beloved family includes his wife, Sally; daughters; grandchildren; siblings; nieces and nephews. Services will be private. Ron’s final resting place will be at the Florida National Cemetery.
