COOLER, Oscar E., 84, a loving father and grandfather went to be with our Lord, June 13, 2013. Oscar was born in north Florida, November 3, 1928. He moved to Tampa in the early 1950’s and settled in Lutz in 1964. He would eventually get involved with the Lutz Little League, which at the time consisted of one field. As president, along with the hard work of others, he was able to build the Lutz Park Youth Complex that would later be dedicated in his name. He is preceded in death by his wife Sara E. He is survived by a daughter; Sondra Turpin and her husband Allan; sons, Romney and his wife Debbie, Marc and his wife Melody, Craig and his wife Lynn; seven grandchildren, Ashley Beasley and her husband Adam, Jamie and fiance Doug Coogle, Sierra Matheson and her husband Ryon, Cassie, Tyler, Amanda, Marshall and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation for family and friends will be June 17th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be June 18th at 10:00 a.m.
