Jerry Stanley Bartholomew

BARTHOLOMEW, Jerry Stanley, 79, of Land O’ Lakes, FL passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2013. He was born in Celina, OH; spent most of his adult life in New York and in 1992 he traveled the country with his wife, Joyce until they settled in Land O’ Lakes in 1998. Jerry could fix anything and had a patent for grinding six foot hypodermic needles. He loved to sail, was an avid fisherman, hunter and enjoyed camping with his family and was always there to make sure everything was in its place. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joyce “Peaches”; children, Vince and Cindy Bartholomew, Sheryl Palmer, Mark Bartholomew and Andrew and Marge Bartholomew; brother, Jack and Janie Bartholomew; seven grandchildren, Crystal, Mark Jr., Taylor, Kylie, Torree, Hope and Paige. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 19th at Loyless Funeral Home. Funeral Services to follow at 2:00 p.m.
