James R. Holley

HOLLEY, James R. “Randy”, 65 of Tampa passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014. Randy was born in Meigs, Georgia and moved to Florida in 1959. He was a skilled rodbuster and worked for more than forty years in bridge construction. Randy was a founder and co-owner of Southeastern Steel Reinforcement, Inc. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and grilling. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, close friends and especially his grandchildren. Randy is preceded in death by his parents, James and Mauverine. He is survived by his wife of forty two years, Rose; five children, Erik Holley and his wife, Cheryl, Rickey Holley and his wife, Karen, Angie Manning and her husband Randy, Nikki Holley, David Lockart and his wife, Sanna; brothers, Jerry Holley and his wife Sherri, Larry Holley and his wife Toni, and Jeff Holley; grandchildren, Emily, Ashley, Jamie, Lilly, Lauren and Austin; great granddaughter, Lila and many extended family members and friends. A memorial service will be held at Loyless Funeral Home at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2014. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Donations may be made in Randy’s memory to HPH (Hernando Pasco Hospice).
