Robert Earl Patterson

PATTERSON, Robert Earl “Bob”, 61, of San Antonio, Texas passed away Thursday, April 7, 2016. He was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and traveled the country as a Project Engineer for Segmental Bridges. Bob was a Christian and attended Leon Valley Baptist Church. As a young man, he was an award winning wrestler and weight lifter. Bob enjoyed working around the house with his wife. He was a sports fan and enjoyed watching college football and basketball. Bob loved spending time with his family, pampering his two kitties, adoring his wife and watching his niece, Brooke Aryn grow up. He was close to his brother-in-law, Scott, and would say that he loved him like a brother. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Cordia Mae and Archibald Knox. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Dana; his brother, George Knox and nephew, Michael Patterson. A funeral service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 14th at Loyless Funeral Home of Land O’ Lakes. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
