Suman Ambalal Patel

Patel, Suman A., 67, of Land O Lakes, Florida peacefully passed away surrounded by his family on January 29, 2019. He was in born in India, moved to Atlantic City, NJ in 1989, lived in South Carolina for a time, then Souderton, PA and then finally settled in Land O Lakes, FL. Suman’s interests included reading, traveling, keeping up with Politics, and spending time with family and friends. Despite his battle with Parkinsons disease, he loved to dance and sing. There never was a beat he didn’t sing along to. Everyone that knew him knows he loved food. He knew the value of food and knew it was a privilege and so he never believed in wasting food. Suman’s loved ones fondly recall that he was a kind hearted person who could put a smile on anyone’s face. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ambalal and Jayaben Patel and his brother, Bipin Patel. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Niru Patel; daughter, Hiral Patel and Son-in-law Akash Patel; brothers, Dr.Navnit Patel, Rashmikant Patel; sisters, Pushpa Patel, Dexa Patel, Dharmista Ray and Vandevi Patel; and grandsons, Jai and Shaan.
