Raymond Singh

Raymond Singh, 78, of Hudson, Florida, was born in Port Mourant (Berbice), Guyana. Following his graduation from Corentyne High School, he taught various subjects at Rose Hall High School. He later graduated from an Agricultural University in Trinidad, WI, and was eventually an agriculture officer for the Government of Guyana before moving to the United States in 1980. Ray is survived by his daughter, Ann Bennett (Brian) of Colorado Springs, CO; and sons, Michael Singh (Hazel) of Queens, NY, and Bruce Singh (Rachel) of Castle Rock, CO; mother of children, Esther Singh; grandchildren, Zachary Bennett, Benjamin Bennett, Travis Vialva, Tracy Singh, Jakob Singh and Lennox Singh; great-grandchildren, Mikhael, Madisyn, Matthieu and Samayah; siblings, Tyrone Ramotar Singh (Beauty), Selina Persaud (Cecil), Desmond Singh (Chandree), Sherlock Singh (Shanti), Myrna Houle (Dan), Yvonne Barr (Steve) and Samuel Singh (Pam); and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Isabella Bennett; his brother, Rudy Singh (Sheila); and parents, Mary Angelina (Kempadoo) and Philip Ramotar Singh.
