Yvonne Santiago, M.D., 53 of Tampa, passed away May 29, 2020. Born in New York, New York, she moved to Florida in 1996 from New Jersey. She worked at Cornerstone Medical Care as an Internal Medicine Physician. She loved to golf, running, loved her profession and helping her patients, was a voracious reader, was an animal lover and enjoyed traveling. Yvonne is survived by her loving and devoted mother, Maria Nunez; her sister, Marilyn Santiago; her half-brother, Alex Omar Santiago and many friends and coworkers. A Celebration of Yvonne’s Life will be held on Saturday, June 27 from 1-3 pm at Loyless Funeral Home 5310 Land O’Lakes Land O’Lakes Blvd. Land O’Lakes, Florida 34639. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Suncoast Animal League.
