Wanda Fay (Bell) Mitchell, 87 of Lutz, FL, entered into eternal rest October 21, 2022. She was born in Shelbyville, TN. She loved her enormous family and was very proud to have 5 generations for which she was the matriarch; She is survived by her children Donna Rust, Deborah (Ralph) Reagan, Daryl (Marie) Blaxton, & Bill Falin. Her grandchildren Marisa (Shawn) Phillips, Ron Reagan, Tina (Jimmy) Martin, Amanda (Rodney) Hayes, Nikki (Billy) Foote, Kimberly Ray, Karla Hooks, Jessica Rust, Brittney (Pete) Fleeman, Jamie (Brent) Roberts, & Ryan Falin. 22 Great-grandchildren and 9 Great-Great-grandchildren. Her siblings Joyce Hart and Roger (Juanita) Bell. Her step-children Lloyd (Michelle) Mitchell, Ernest (Claudette) Mitchell, Hope (Jaime) Hernandez, and Raymond Anderson. She is preceded in death by her husband Jack Mitchell, parents Roy & Mamie Sue Bell, sons David M. Ray and Douglas Blaxton, her grandchildren David W. Ray and Jodi Rust, and her siblings James “Jimmy” Bell and Polly Johnson. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 5 o’clock pm at Loyless Funeral Home 5310 Land O’ Lakes Blvd. Land O’ Lakes, Florida 34639.
