Carol Woodard

Carol Ann Woodard, 81, of Tampa, Florida passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loved ones on September 17, 2023. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, grew up in Southern California and moved to Florida in 2000. She was a call center supervisor at GTE, retiring after 33 years of service. She is survived in death by her loving husband of 23 years, Gary Woodard; daughter, Pam Smith (Randy); stepsons, Alan Woodard (Unmi), and Kelly Woodard (Jackie); and grandchildren, Torend “T.J.” Ebner Jr. (Christina); Daniel Woodard, Steven Woodard (Daniela), Joshua Woodard, Ashleigh Woodard, and Jarod Woodard. Carol was a founding member of the Monsignor Mullen Auxiliary # 12956 Columbiettes and West Florida Chapter President. She was Catholic in faith and a member of St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church in Tampa where she and Gary led the wedding ministry. She was a member of the SMARTS group. She loved to dance, sing, karaoke, golf, swim, travel, cook and spend time with her family.
