Nancy Theresa Freeman(Donovan), 71, of St. Petersburg passed away May 28, 2020. She was born in 1948 in New York, New York. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Florence Donovan, her husband, Alfred "Buddy" Freeman. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Tara(Brett), Jessica(Matt), Brittany(Kevin), 10 grandchildren, and many loving friends. She was an active member of St. Raphael's Church and ministered to the youth and many members of the parish. Nancy was known for her ability to make others always feel loved and welcomed. She had a joyful spirit and shared her wisdom with many. She was an artisan and loved her Irish heritage and absolutely adored her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed and remembered by many. Services will be held at St. Raphael's Church Thursday, June 4th, with a committal service at Calvary Catholic Cemetery to follow. Due to the current conditions, Nancy's funeral mass will be available for later viewing for all that are not able to attend. Also, the family and the church ask that guests adhere to the social distancing guidelines. In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Alpha House of Pinellas County or The American Lung Association.
