Soucy, Norman J., 71, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday Feb. 8, 2000 at St. Anthony?s Hospital. Born in Portage Lake, Maine, he came here in 1981 from Windsor Locks, Connecticut. He served in the Air Force for 25 years. He was a member of St. Raphael?s Catholic Church and was a 2nd degree, Knights of Columbus. Survivors include one son, Jeff Soucy, Riverton, Connecticut; one daughter, Kathy Stricof, Englewood, Colorado; one sister, Kathleen Hasson, Lee, Maine; and two grandchildren.
