Catherine M. Hammond, 88, of St. Petersburg, formerly of Erlanger, KY, passed away November 2, 2020. She was married to Eugene Paul Keenan as a military wife of the Air Force. She later settled in Erlanger, KY where she raised her four daughters. She had a full life career at the Internal Revenue Service in Covington, KY. After her retirement, Cay relocated to St Petersburg, FL where she remained until her passing. Cay was preceded in passing by her son, Eugene Paul Keenan Jr, her daughter, Carla Ann Keenan, and grandson, Kevin David Hollowell. She is survived by her daughters, Karen "Tina" Hollowell(David), Cathy Steele (Bud), Connie Keenan; her grandchildren, Aaron Creech, Emily Hollowell, TJ Dunhoft, Adam Dunhoft, Monica Cay Nelson, Shauna Dehner, Nicholas Keenan and Carletta Oswood; and twelve great-grandchildren. Cay was fearless, there was never a challenge she wouldn't take on. She loved her family unconditionally and her IRS family. There will be a private family service held at a later date.
