Keith Hubbell Howard, 89, of Sturgeon Bay Wisconsin passed away May 31, 2021 in his seasonal St. Petersburg home in the care of his wife, Barbara, daughter, Susan, granddaughter, Jessica and Suncoast Hospice. He was preceded in death by his mother, Gladys Wandtke, and his son, William Keith Howard. Keith was a Navy Veteran, a member of the Masonic Lodge, and a Service Manager for AT&T for 33 years. Keith and Barbara celebrated 67 years of marriage. Keith was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He loved spending time with his loved ones in his family home, summer cottage and seasonal Florida residence. Due to his career, Keith and family had the opportunity to live in numerous locations. He especially enjoyed 45 years in their home in Crystal Lake, Illinois. He loved flying and acquired a private license for small planes. Having been raised in Chicago, Keith was an avid Cubs fan and he was grateful to see his Cubbies win the 2016 World Series. Keith had a wonderful sense of humor and was always quick to share his wit, stories, and recollections of time spent with dear life long friends and family. His beautiful smile and joyful spirit will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to have loved and known him. A funeral service will be scheduled at a later date.
