Schuh, Richard H. 72, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday, July 21, 2013, at The Springs of Boca Ciega Bay surrounded by his family. Born in St. Petersburg, FL, he graduated from Boca Ciega High School in 1958 and then later from Embry-Riddle with an Airframe and Powerplant license. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, E. Harold and Della Schuh. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Margaret; children and their spouses, Brian and Denise Schuh, Lee and Yeun Hi Schuh, Andrew and Sarah Schuh, Katherine and Michael St.John, and Heidi and Dennis Foley; 10 grandchildren, Nigel, Adrian, Susan, Molly, Ruth, Celina, Lauren, Bradley, Kimberley and Timothy; and over 40 foster children which he cared for during his life. He was an adventurous aircraft mechanic who worked for a Race Pilot, airlines, and bush pilots. He had a soft spot for children and lost dogs. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, July 27th at Christ United Methodist Church, 467 1st Ave. N., St. Petersburg. Donations may be made in his name to Christ United Methodist Church.
