September 11th, 1924 - September 26th, 2013
Redding, Constance, " Connie", 89, of St Petersburg, passed away September 26, 2013. She was a loving mother and friend and will be dearly missed. She always had a warm smile, and a kind word for everyone. She was born in South Philly, and kept ties strong with family and friends. Connie was also a longtime resident of Wildwood, N.J., where she and her late husband, Ed, had an ice cream business called "Pop's Italian Ice". She is survived by her devoted son, Dennis (Karen) Redding, several nieces and nephews, as well as dear friends who were just as close. Family will receive friends from 10am to 11 am on Thursday, October 3, at Anderson McQueen Funeral Home, 2201 Dr MLK North, Funeral Mass will be at 12pm, Holy Family Catholic Church, and interment to follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery where Connie will be laid to rest with her beloved husband, Ed. In honor of Connie's memory, contributions may be made to St Jude's Children's Hospital, in lieu of flowers.
