Rodriguez- Rivera, Rafael, 78, of St Petersburg, went to be with Our Lord on October 3, 2013. He was born in Puerto Rico, one of six children. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed. He, along with his family, belonged to the Most Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Idaris. His children; Rafael Rodriguez, Mildred Dones, and Jorge Rodriguez, special grandson, Rafi, and 7 grandchildren; Rafael Rodriguez, Ambar Rodriguez, Christian Dones, Emmanuel Dones, Melissa Dones, Adriana Rodriguez, Alejandra Rodriguez, and Baby on the way, Jeriel Rodriguez. There will be a mass to celebrate Rafael's life on Saturday, October 12, at 2pm at Most Holy Name in Gulfport. Donations may be made in his name to Suncoast Hospice or Most Holy Name Catholic Church.
