December 29th, 1969 - October 18th, 2013
Prouty, Kelly, 43, of St Petersburg, went to be with Our Lord on October 18, 2013. She was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. She was a wonderful mother, daughter, sister, and friend who will be forever missed. She proudly served our country with the US Army, for which she will receive Military Honors. Kelly was a compassionate nurse's assistant in the medical field as well as a quality assurance agent for a marketing company before becoming ill. She is survived by her loving family; son, Ricardo, 17, and her daughter, Alexis, 9, both of whom she adored. Her parents, Richard and Judie Krapf, 2 brothers; John T. Bushko and John R. Krapf; 4 sisters, Darla J Martin, Sheri L. Coulton, Tracy L. Winslow, and Heather L. Krapf; grandparents Thomas and Dorothy McGeer of Pennsylvania, and Grandfather Ray Krapf of Florida, as well as several nieces, nephews and countless friends who will never forget her gorgeous smile and warm hugs. There will be a service to celebrate Kelly's life on Wednesday, October 23th , at 7pm, her family will begin receiving friends at 6pm, at Anderson McQueen Funeral Home, 2201 Dr. MLK Street North, St. Petersburg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, Florida at .www.moffitt.org. One of Kelly's favorite phrases was "Needless to say….", and her family would like to thank everyone who will forever carry her memory in their hearts with them, as "Needless to say, our love for her will live on always."
